The coffee maiden

The coffee maiden

Yesterday we visited Poás. There is a little town called San Rafael, where the coffee grows all around.
This is Mario, he took us down to the coffee plantation to take some pictures and video. He was so shy so I had to hide to take his picture.

The Poás coffee is known as "the maiden" It is gentle to discerning palates.

The purpuse of the visit is about the international coffee day that will be celebrated next week.
Later I will share more with you about

The best coffee of the day

The best coffee of the day

I love to have a good cup of coffee in the morning, but I truly believe you have to earn this good coffee. Doing the right thing for somebody, maybe. Probably for them, the best thing is not coffee, maybe is a turn in the lane, a hand to carry something, etc. The best coffee of the day is not the one you drink, is the good thing you did to earn it that make it the best. What goes around, comes around, and coffee is included in the equation.

Smells like kid spirit

Smells like kid spirit

Since I have memory, I've been always trying to create, fix or change something. And it's funny because writing this words and trying to remember the memories of my life, I realized that never changed. I grew up and still trying to create, fix or change every day.  Across this way, I've been using different tools for that, but the inner-child is always there pushing to do something, keeping myself busy.
Is you inner-child still alive?
