The coffee maiden

The coffee maiden

Yesterday we visited Poás. There is a little town called San Rafael, where the coffee grows all around.
This is Mario, he took us down to the coffee plantation to take some pictures and video. He was so shy so I had to hide to take his picture.

The Poás coffee is known as "the maiden" It is gentle to discerning palates.

The purpuse of the visit is about the international coffee day that will be celebrated next week.
Later I will share more with you about

This coffee is so great!

Wait!. But why?

Well,  we have a great weather, lots of rain, big mountains, volcanic soils, gentle people who pick the coffee by hand, people that mastered the roasting time, people who put all the focus to achieve the perfect blend.
The greatest thing about Costa Rican Coffee is Costa Rica
